We aim to ensure that all items are sent out within 3 to 5 working days of your purchase - but on rare occasions this may be extended due to busy periods like Christmas making things go nuclear round here!
All UK orders are sent out with Royal Mail, as we find this provides our customers with a fast and accountable shipping service that is very reliable. All items should arrive within 24 - 48 hours of posting, with the vast majority arriving the next working day.
USA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD:
All international orders are sent out with either Royal Mail or Deutsche Post or DHL depending on where in the world the item is being sent.

What size do I need?
We aim to provide as much detail as possible on our size guide (located above the add to cart button), but this is always only meant to be a rough guide.
We are based in the UK, and so our sizes are European.USA customers should size up by at least one size.
Due to manufacturing variations and peoples personal preference - it is nearly impossible to please everyone - but if in doubt, send us a message first and we can provide more information where necessary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and all VISA and types of credit card.You do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to use PayPal either! Simply select to enter your credit card details and you can pay like any other online store.
What about Customs Charges & Duty Payment?
Please note that any customs fees payable upon entry into the destination country are to be met and paid by the customer buying the item.We strongly suggest that you make enquiries about the possible charges payable PRIOR to purchase in your country, as Digital Pharaoh UK Ltd will not be held accountable for such costs.In the event of a non-delivery due to non payment of customs charges, a refund will only be applied once the items have been received back with us - in the exact same condition they were sent, and any refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee + original postage cost.
What t shirts do you use?
As of April 2021 we have taken the decision to use the highest quality t shirt we have ever printed onto:
A 100% brushed ORGANIC Cotton, Vegan Friendly & PETA approved fabric t shirt.
This means that less harsh chemicals are used in the creation and of this item, making it feel awesome to wear, whilst providing a great surface to print on.
This combined with the fact that it is helping to prevent nasty chemicals going back into the planet during manufacture, means that we can all be a little happier wearing them!
We are also in the process of sending out every t shirt, mens, womens or kids - with an embroidered hem tag.
Basically, we wouldn't dare sell something we wouldn't want to wear ourselves, and you will instantly see this from the moment you put the item on.
You really do get what you pay for!
What if the item doesn't fit or I want to return it?
We are happy to work with our customers at all stages of their purchase, so don't worry! You are in safe hands!
Will you be sending me spam emails if I join the mailing list?
No we will not! All information will usually be sparingly sent out, and will only be of direct interest to you. Don't worry - we know what it is like to be battered by millions of spam emails on a daily basis!
