Apart from the sheer fact that the Samurai head dress is huge, it is also supremely detailed - requiring multiple layers to be masked off, painted and then repeated until complete.
It is this step by step process which achieves a look like no other, and results in this gorgeous looking paint finish - akin to the exact colour of the real Iron Man suit!
It even follows the same process that Tony Stark says he uses to get the right shade of red, by applying the gloss black under the red (that he references from the AC Cobra) in his workshop.

We can make this to fit most head sizes, but will fit anyone with a head size between 23" to 25".
The helmet comes with a full foam liner which makes it fit perfectly on your head without any "wiggle".
Headsize refers to the circumference of your head measured around the forehead and just above the ears
