We understand that from time to time customers will need to return or exchange an item, and our return process couldn't be easier, and all that we ask is that customers abide by a few simple rules to prevent items becoming lost or damaged.
Customers should contact Digital Pharaoh within 7 days of receiving their item and explain the reason for the exchange / return / refund.
Once this has been logged, customers will need to ensure that:
- The item is free from the smell of smoke and pet hair.
- The item has not been worn.
- The item has not been cleaned or washed (to include any "nice smelling products" being sprayed on it!).
If this matches the condition of your item - then we ask that the customer sends the item back within 48 hours of initial contact with Digital Pharaoh Ltd. We stress this, as we have items sent back 3 months after the customer contacted us regarding an exchange!
We also ask that if a customer is sending back an item for a non faulty return, that the buyer pays the cost of the return postage.
